River of Life Prayer Letter - issue 1

New Beginnings in Liverpool
Then over the coming weeks I started noticing a difference. A friend had asked me to sing at a festival in the middle of Church St, Liverpool in May. It was only January and I hadn’t sang a note-still never had my voice back, but knew the Lord was saying “Go on Liam accept, it will be ok”. So I did, now I really stood on Gods word.

Then people were coming up saying “Liam will you do this gig and that gig?” Our church wanted to do an outreach and I just stepped out in faith saying ok I’ll do it! Knowing the Lord was going to restore my voice, knowing and trusting in my Saviour that He will not let me down! (Heb 13:5-6) Then the Lord gave me a word he said "I will be a phoenix rising from the ashes" and I knew it was God, I knew it. So May came and I did the festival and praise God it was awesome, the name of the Lord Jesus got proclaimed over the city and now it is a yearly festival getting bigger and better all the time. Please pray for this years event to be held in July, God is doing an awesome work in Liverpool.

Something’s happening and I feel so privileged to be part of the move of the Holy Ghost and seeing the lost being reached with the Gospel in all ways (1 Cor 10:22-23) Please pray for the organisation and people who are involved, all they desire is for the Lord Jesus t6o be lifted up, they are faithful brothers and sisters who do a mighty work for the Lord faithfully week in week out on the outreach in the town centre at Liverpool giving tea and coffee out to the clubbers and also the homeless, showing love in a practical way (2 John v 6) So please pray for Reality ministry. For two years I have been a part of this Ministry and it really was part of the refining process and taught me humility and gave me a servant’s heart.

Also becoming a care worker really gave me humility-please pray for the work to continue in Options I feel as though the Lord is closing the door, pray that the seed is sown and the light will remain. There has been a lot of witnessing gone on in my job and a few people have given their lives to Jesus, so hallelujah! Pray for John and Tracy that they will carry on the work. The Lord has been so faithful and I thank Him for the opportunities for preaching the Gospel. Pray also for the Chairs past and present, Dave Walker, Paul Southern, Mike Hollywood, Tim Kenyon and present John Christian and Danny Terry. As you know I only work 2 1/2 days now and slowly and surely the Lord is closing the door. There is so much to thank the Lord for I don't know where to start. I get so emotional just thinking about it.

Since my voice has returned fully healed-HALLELUJAH! –the Lord has opened so many doors to ministry and also in my life.

I have done outreach in Elim churches across the country, please pray for more door openings in Elim as that is where the Lord wants me to be. So pray for more opportunities to arise in Elim churches throughout the country, also A.O.G.-I have done a couple of churches, namely Newport, Bebington life centre, please pray for more opportunities.

Also I have been privileged and honoured to be part of Detling for the last two years in Kent. Many opportunities have arisen since then because of Detling, namely my close links to St Marys in West Horsley, it is like home when I go there and the Lord has really given me some special brothers and sisters especially the relationship with Jeremy, he is so faithful and we pray almost ever week. I really thank the Lord for bringing such a warm tender-hearted man and value out relationship greatly, please pray for Jeremy.

Another brother living by faith who is at Bible college in Christ for all nations, he is waiting to be ordained in the Anglican Church he will be a great asset to the Anglican Church, and he has a heart for the people. I pray for more people like him. Over the last year we have done outreach concerts in the Bible college in West Horsley itself and also as an outreach from the Bible college reaching the lost teenagers of the areas surrounding the college and people and people got saved as well-Hallelujah!

Also I was on Revelation TV, which was great and I was honoured to meet Howard Conder, what a man of faith. Please pray for Revelation TV-only by faith does it run, so your prayers and finances are greatly needed. Another opportunity has arisen, so somewhere in the not too distant future I have been asked to appear again-Hallelujah Praise God! Also there opportunities arising in schools and prisons in Surry, so praise God for that! Please keep praying for more doors to open. I am willing and able wherever the Holy Ghost will lead I will go!
