Also there is the mighty work in the pubs, as you all know pubs are very much what the Lord put on my heart ever since he had told me to do the Derby Mills in Liverpool for free an give my testimony as well!
God’s got a sense of humour hasn’t he? I thought, your having a laugh aren’t you Lord!? All the people who I knew and got drunk with and took drugs with and you want me to give my testimony to them! Well as you know God always gets His way and after much consideration I did it and also asked Bill Bygroves to go in withy me and give a word! Over 250 people were there-the place was packed! And the word went out to the lost and I can imagine how Newton and Wesley felt because that is where Jesus would be, with the sinners not in the church. Remember the great commission (Matt 28:19-20) So after doing the Derby Mills I thought, well Lord that was great what next?

12 Pubs and 12 Churches
How the Lord spoke to me-I want you to do 12 pubs and 12 churches. I though, you’re having a laugh now Lord. 12 pubs and 12 churches-ME! Remember Moses, not me Lord-yep you Liam. So over the last year I have spoken to pastors and leaders of churches in Liverpool, and guess what? The Lord brought me favour in all of them. We started with Kingsway in November with the Waterloo Tavern it was chocker, the Lord really moved that night. Testimony was given as well as tracts, church in the best pub-the best testimony I can give from that night is when going back and seeing God bless the Landlady so much that she wants us to come back-Hallelujah! Then we did Kingsway on Sunday night and over a hundred people turned up. You see God wants to see his His church reunited. He wants to encourage and edify the saints again in a practical way. The Lord has given me a gift of encouragement and words to edify the church. Please pray for the church, please pray for the Lord to give me more insight and that his word nothing will return void and He will accomplish what He set out to do (Isaiah 55:11) Like an Olympic runner who runs with the flame, I believe the Lord has showed me the part I have to play in encouraging, igniting and uniting the church.

We also had a great outreach event with Toxteth Tabernacle in the Royal Oak in Windsor St Toxteth.

I didn’t know what was going to happen but God doesn’t disappoint does He? I was praying with my brother Mark at about 8.45 there was about 20 people i9n the pub but we just prayed and said “Nice one Lord-this is your show not mine” Low and behold at 10 0’clock it was packed and the Gospel went out to the lost. One thing that amazes me is that:-

1) I didn’t want to do these pubs but God keeps me on my toes Moses again.

2) Like never before I had fear and trembling but was full of the Holy Ghost, knowing what was said was the Lord not me. Please keep praying for that humility. Satan is subtle who comes as an Angel of light and I want always for God to be top of the bill-not me.

3) The amount of people who just stood and listened and took it in, now that is not me that is the Lord- AMAZING GRACE.
